Most travel teams schedule Media Day before tournament season begins, so I'm now reserving dates in January, February, and March .

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this a lot of work and time for the coach or team parent to organize?
Definitely NOT. You signed on to coach these kids, not organize picture day. Once you've selected your media day session and time, I take over. You provide me with a roster and parent emails, and do all the rest. I contact each parent and provide them with ALL the information they will need, from where to park, what time to arrive, how long it takes, and what to bring with on picture day. I also send them a 25+ page Posing Guide to help their youth athlete in selecting his or her favorite poses. -
How long does picture day take? Individual teams are scheduled for 75 minutes, with each individual athlete being photographed in approximately 5-6 minutes

Can we choose our own poses?
Absolutely. While I provide a posing guide with over 50 creative posing suggestions, I also encourage personality and confidence. -
Can players bring their own props?
Yes, please! In addition to their gear, I encourage each player to bring along props that are meaningful to them. -
Do you photograph other sports?
I do! I offer media day sessions for baseball, softball, JFL football, soccer, and basketball. -
What age groups do you photograph?
I photograph mainly youth athletes in grades K-8th, but high school athletes are certainly welcome. -
Will you travel to our field or practice facility?
Definitely! I can travel to y our field, gym, or other practice facility in Central Illinois. -
Do you photograph rec teams?
Yes, I photograph both travel and rec teams in Central Illinois. -
What if a player isn't available on picture day?
I get it, families are BUSY! If you have a player who isn't available on your team's scheduled picture day, I can schedule a make-up day for him/her to stop into my studio for their pictures on a different date. Since the team picture is composited from the individual pictures, your athlete will still get 5 digital images, AND be included in the team picture. -
Where is your studio located?
My studio is located in Bartonville, Illinois, just minutes from Peoria, Pekin, Tremont, Glasford, East Peoria, Canton, Farmington, Metamora, Washington, Canton, Illinois. Shooting in my studio gives every team a consistent, professional look regardless of the weather.
